Our Story
Today's Apex is the work of two long-time friends who retired from successful careers in the cybersecurity industry and had been doing business together for over 20 years. One day, one friend called the other and said, "what are we going to do next?" As they talked, the mandate became simple. It wasn't about money. It was about doing something meaningful, outside of IT or cybersecurity.

The Defining Moment
After exploring a number of opportunities, one of the friends witnessed a near-tragic incident during the cleaning of a midrise building in South Florida and thought, "there must be a safer way to do this." Interestingly enough, the other friend had been exploring opportunities in developing a commercial power washing franchise. They then discovered that several manufacturers were developing commercial power washing drones.

The Challenges
There are a number of challenges to deploying power washing drones which has led to a somewhat slower adoption than expected. To start you FAA certified drone pilots who want to do power washing and learn the power washing industry. You also need specialized permits and insurance. Power washing drones are also a signifcant investment.
